You have enough in the world to worry about like mortgage payments, student loans and Energy Savings without having to add weight to the list, but it is still a very important issue and one that you can’t ignore without disastrous consequences. There is an obesity epidemic in this country and while some would like to blame the food industries alone, that’s only half of the equation – the other half is that combined with an overall unwillingness to exercise. You might be sitting there reading this and saying “Oh, well, I just don’t have the time. I work 40 hours a week.” You don’t need to spend several hours working out each day (unless, of course, you have some muscular milestone or agenda) and sometimes all you need to get a good workout is 20 to 30 minutes a day. You could even include exercise in your work schedule by taking the car out of the equation and taking your bike instead. Bicycling to work every day works wonders for your cardiovascular system which can go a long way toward losing weight and preventing heart disease. There really is no excuse for you not to be working so get out there and do something before it’s too late.
